My services
For the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a pre and postnatal personal trainer, supporting hundreds of women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, return to work, and now perimenopause and major life transitions. Not just physically, but mentally and practically too.
Alongside this, I spent 17 years working inside high-pressure creative agency environments, giving me a deep understanding of how work, pressure, identity and ambition collide in women’s lives.
Combined, this gives me lived and educated experience in female physiology, identity change, confidence, mental resistance, performance and strength.

I can work 1:1 with women to help them through these big phases. This can be through personal training, health and nutrition advice or practical advice on how to navigate change.

Hi, I’m Lucy
I come from a corporate background in marketing, consulting and agency leadership, and I understand the reality many women face in high-pressure careers.
After becoming a mum, I discovered how powerful strength training and holistic health can be for women navigating major life transitions, especially those balancing work, motherhood and everything in between.
I now support women and their employers through these moments of change, helping them feel strong, capable and confident as they move into their next phase.
